Deposits reserving rooms or the whole chalet are not refundable unless cancelled by the chalet.
Failure to pay the invoice on time will is classed as cancelation by the client and deposit is nonrefundable.
If you are unable to travel for any reason we can help with paperwork needed for an insurance claim.
Once the payment has been made in full this is not refundable unless we are able to sell your booking at the full value.
Covi19
If you are unable to travel due to covi19 lock down in your area or quarantine in your area this is not the responsibility of Chalet Giffre. We will however help you with any paperwork needed for an insurance claim.
If we are able to sell your booking the resale value will be refunded.
